Book Your Consult
Is this covered by insurance?

Consults are currently offered as a private wellness service and aren't billed through insurance. Some clients use HSA/FSA funds — check with your provider.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's most people. The consult starts with a short conversation about your festival calendar, habits, and how you've felt after past events — we figure out the plan together.

Can I book for a group or my friends?

Yes — group consults are available for friend groups or crews heading to the same event. Mention it when booking and we'll set up the right format.

How soon before a festival should I book?

Ideally 1-2 weeks out, so there's time to actually put the plan into practice — but a last-minute consult is always better than none.

Meet the Founder

"I got tired of feeling wrecked for three days after every festival — so I built the thing I needed."

Rave Apothecary was created for the festival community — the dreamers, dancers, and music lovers who want the high-energy magic of raves without giving up on their bodies and minds.

Anita is a holistic nutritionist and lifelong raver who set out to bridge the gap between party culture and self-care. After watching so many in the scene struggle with fatigue, comedowns, and that lingering "off" feeling, she built a line of holistic support formulas to help ravers reset and recharge — naturally.

Because you can dance all night, watch the sunrise, and still honor your health. It's about finding your flow, recharging with intention, and coming back to center — so you can rave, recover, and repeat.
