By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing our Services on behalf of someone else, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

3. Description of Services

Rave Apothecary provides holistic wellness information, educational content ("Guides"), one-on-one wellness consultations, and information about dietary supplement products formulated for the festival and nightlife lifestyle. Availability of specific products may be limited, and certain products described on this website may not yet be available for direct purchase. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time without notice.

5. Consultation Services

Consultations booked through our booking platform are general wellness consultations, not medical appointments. During a consultation, we may discuss your festival calendar, general habits, and wellness goals, and offer general lifestyle and nutrition information and product suggestions based on what you share with us. You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of any information you provide during a consultation.

Consultations are not covered by health insurance, and we make no representation that they are eligible for reimbursement through insurance, HSA, or FSA accounts. You should confirm eligibility with your own provider or plan administrator before assuming coverage.

6. Booking, Cancellations & Refunds

Consultations are booked through our third-party scheduling platform. By booking a consultation, you agree to the scheduling terms presented at the time of booking. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances, and will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer a new time.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule at our discretion.
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• Fees, if any, will be disclosed at the time of booking.

7. Product Information & Supplement Disclaimer

Product descriptions, ingredient lists, and suggested use information provided on this website are for informational purposes only. Always read the product label and any accompanying materials before use. Discontinue use and consult a healthcare provider if you experience an adverse reaction.
